great start & fell off in the deep mud three times in the first 10
minutes as I watched Malc ride off ahead of me!
All smiles at the start! ;o)
Once I got into a rhythm and stayed on my bike, I started going past a
few riders & really enjoyed it. It was such fun. I was smiling most of
the way around although was working hard! My average heart rate was
still 175bpm. Again, at my finish line with a proud smile was my
handsome man waiting for me! Makes it all worth while.
As the hours wore in the focus increased.
